I am a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and received my Bachelor of Science from Brescia University. I completed my Professional Master’s Diploma in Dietetic Training at St. Michael’s Hospital and Ryerson University. Prior to university, I also completed the Culinary Management Nutrition program at George Brown College. My extensive clinical experience and culinary background gives me a unique approach to counselling clients about practical, evidenced based nutrition recommendations.

My love for food and nutrition comes from growing up in the beautiful City of Kawartha Lakes where I am surrounded by local farms growing farm fresh foods that are enjoyed by the whole community. My love for cooking and interest in nutrition stems from my mom who exemplified the importance of family centred meals, home cooking and home grown vegetables. I love to cook and develop recipes!

I have a passion for making nutrition and cooking simple. "Healthy eating" has become so complicated with tons of misinformation circulating around the internet. My aim is to help you make sustainable, realistic goals that make sense for your life.
